ANTOA POETRY: Happiness Is A Place

Happiness Is A Place

Happiness is a place:

A planet, a continent,

A country, a state,

A town, a home,

A room, a dress,

A body, a soul.

At some point,

We all have been there.

Some made it a permanent

Address, while others are just

Passing through.

Happiness is a place:

A planet, a continent,

A country, a state,

A town, a home,

A room, a dress,

A body, a soul.

Some have never been there

Spending every night in sad places

Making friends with death and his friends,

And somehow finding happiness

On the other side.

Happiness is a place:

A planet, a continent,

A country, a state,

A town, a home,

A room, a dress,

A body, a soul.

Happiness is the comfort zone

We constantly pack our bags,

And leave in search for another

Taking restlessness along.

And sometimes lodging in regrets.

Happiness is a place:

A planet, a continent,

A country, a state,

A town, a home,

A room, a dress,

A body, a soul.

It so long;

It has rooms for all colors

Like a rainbow.

We make spaceships hoping to fly

Above its gravity line.

Happiness is a place:

A planet, a continent,

A country, a state,

A town, a home,

A room, a dress,

A body, a soul.
