Color Blindness

The ocean loses her blue,
When it fills our palms:
A liquid mirror to see how
“Bluetifull” we look.

Oh nature is so mature
And generous. She feeds us
With green and floods our
Table with colorful roses.

The sun shines on us all.
She cares less if you’re blue-black,
Or pale as snow:
An aura of all lives matter.

When we sail on the sea’s
Belly, she sees no race.
She holds hands with the wind
To lead us home.

Up in the clouds,
The sky loses her blue.
A universe with unlimited pages,
For countless lovely verses.

A place that knows no race.
But color blindness pulls trigger
Rather than taser, as the eyes
Beam with hatred lasers.
