It’s 21st century and there’s a child who has never touched a computer. In every part of the world, there’s a child like that. He probably did but never had one to explore the digital world better.
In South Africa and other parts of the continent from where I write using a computer, it’s more than a child. It’s many children and adults.
Many don’t get the privilege to use technology. As a matter of fact, they’ve never had access to a computer.
Digishools—a Huawei tech for all project, is bringing digital gab gradually. Recently, the project is targeting to impact the lives of 50,000 learners in South Africa.
On overall, the project plans to connect over 100 urban and rural primary schools to broadband internet.
