Nigerian musician and reality star of the Big Brother Naija fame, Olamilekan Agbeleshe aka Laycon, finally gets Twitter verification !
The young star began to write his name in the sands of time of Nigerian entertainment upon his admission into the Big Brother Naija House for the Fifth Season of the reality show, endearing himself to thousands of Nigerians from the outset.
During his time as a contestant on the Big Brother Naija Season 5 show, Laycon gained more and more fans across different African countries, becoming an icon (pun intended), and has since experienced a major boost in his music career as well as other aspects of his lifestyle.
Laycon, who has received many brand endorsements as well as individual gifts and political appointments in the wake of his Big Brother Naija win, was also actively involved in the “END SARS” protests against police brutality, further solidifying his influence among young Nigerians.
After several months of Laycon’s fans, popularly known as “ICONS”, clamoring for Laycon’s Twitter verification, they finally got their wish as Laycon got his Twitter verification on Thursday December 17th, 2020.

Laycon’s Twitter verification comes at about the same time as his moving into his two bedroom apartment in Ibeju-Lekki, which was one of the perks of winning the Big Brother Naija Season 5 reality.
