Mutti Doctor: A virtual doctor at your fingertips

As the future continues to grow digitally, mPharma, one of Africa’s leading health-tech companies in Ghana recently launched a new digital healthcare service called Mutti Doctor.

The startup announced that, Mutti Doctor “takes virtual consultations to the next level” invented with an all-in-one digital stethoscope, otoscope, thermometer, and examination camera that has built-in illumination for high-definition skin and throat images, powered by Tytocare.

As a result, patients can access virtual healthcare service remotely without going through the stress of road traffic or a long queue at the hospital.

To attend to physical needs, Mutti Doctor has established pharmacies located in different areas with a licensed community health nurse. So far, it is operating in seven countries: Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Zambia, Malawi, Rwanda, and Ethiopia.

With this modern health-tech, doctors can attend to patients while they enjoy the comfort of their homes via video or voice consultations.

“At mPharma, our primary objective is to innovate with and on behalf of the millions of patients we serve,” the startup announced.
