
Peter Michael, a Nigerian striker, has recently scored the only goal
for Norwegian top division side club Valerenga in their 1-0 win
against Bodoe/Glimt in Tuesday’s friendly game.
Completesports.com reports that Michael scored in the 58th minute to
hand Valerenga the win against their fellow Norwegian club. With this
development, Michael is expected to be in action for Valerenga when
they visit Sarpsborg next week Tuesday in their first league game of
the new season.
Michael, the 22-year-old joined Valerenga from NPFL club Rivers United
on February 2018, after signing a four-year contract. Since then, he
has appeared 13 times in the Valerenga and has found the back of the
net three times.
