Qatar 2022 World Cup Qualifiers: Super Eagles to host Liberia at Teslim Balogun Stadium

The training camp has been widely open for the Super Eagles to continue their journey to Qatar 2022 World Cup.

The Nigerian super Eagles team prepares to host Liberia on Friday at Teslim Balogun Stadium, in Surulere, Lagos State.

Adekunle Adeleke, the Aba Warriors defender was one of the first to arrive followed by South Africa-based goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi.

The country is hopeful to see their Eagles fly high and soar to Qatar. The appearance of England-based stars Alex Iwobi, Kelechi Iheanacho, and Wilfred Ndidi is undeniably giving the fans hope.

Although the trio and other Spain-based players may not be able to make the trip to Cape Verde on 7 September, due to the UK Covid-19 regulations. However, the manager, Gernot Rohr, is creating a contingency plan as more players are expected to arrive on Monday.
