Wizkid: shutting down O2 Arena, a sign he wins another Grammy?

Recently, Grammy award-winning African artist popularly known as Wizkid rather than Big Wiz, flooded the minds of about 20,000 fans in London during his Made In Lagos tour with the mind-blowing beats of Africa.

While it remains an amazing year of people bringing out their best and picking awards to show for it, from Antoa Writing Contest 2021 to one of the most-talked-about football award ceremony — 2021 Ballon d’Or by France Football, Afrobeats lovers across the world are speculating about the Essence singer winning another Grammy following the tour from United States to London that brought Justin Bieber, Chris Brown, Tems and other young Nigerian artists on stage.

“The 2022 GRAMMYs Awards show, officially known as the 64th GRAMMY Awards…The Recording Academy will present the 2022 GRAMMY Awards show on Mon, Jan. 31,” the website read.

Why is nobody talking about Burna Boy winning another Grammy?

While most of the Grammy hype surrounding the next GRAMMYs have been centered around Wizkid ,it would seem nobody is talking much about African Giant, Burna Boy, winning another Grammy award. However, it may come as a surprise that he wins again under a collaboration project.

Whether Wizkid, Burna, or any of the Kutis, a Grammy win for Afrobeats is one for the Nigerian culture!
